‘Relationships are the key to success’ — a mantra that has been proven, many times, in a highly competitive marketplace — is absolute truth. Satisfied customers, realtors and builders are the source of most of the referrals I have received over the course of more than 23 years in the business.
My clients demand that I be knowledgeable – the Expert, and that I have a variety of loan products available, so as to tailor to their needs. MVB’s portfolio lending allows me to think outside-the-box and find the solutions to my clients’ needs, whether short-term or long-term, and no matter the size of the transaction.
My number one goal is to consistently provide excellent service, treating every client as if they were my first – caring for and managing their loan transaction to be smooth, painless, and timely!
I graduated from Wilkes University in 1990, with a degree in business administration. Since I began my mortgage lending career in 1995, I have originated more then one billion in volume and have been recognized as a Top Producer for the last 17 years.
My wife and I have thrived in the Washington D.C.-Metro area since we arrived here in 1985, and have been raising our children here. Family-time is all-the-more important these days, now that we have college students! I am always ready to talk golf, tennis and travel, not to mention re-fis, first-time home-buying, and everything else mortgage banking!
Whether you are refinancing a current loan or buying property for the first time, you deserve a smooth, respectful and personable transaction. Since 2007, my goal has been to make that happen for you, and for all my clients. I thrive on finding opportunities that improve my response to clients’ needs, increase my knowledge within this most competitive of industries, and broaden my ability to simplify the process and make my clients’ dreams come true.
I was born and raised in Bolivia, learning English and Spanish in tandem, and I earned a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Bolivia before immigrating to the United States. My passion for the mortgage industry is exceeded only by that which I have for my wife and young daughter! When I’m not spending time with them, or at work, I enjoy flying (I earned my pilot’s license in 2010), photography, world travel, and outdoor sports. Keeping myself balanced helps my mind stay clear and sharp and ready to tackle every business transaction, from the simplest to the most complex.
